«Au départ, je laisse l’inspiration du moment me porter sur la toile, juste par passion du trait, j’aime tracer sans réflexion particulière, déformer mes sujets, jouer avec les outils, les matières... Ce qui guide mon tracé, c’est le lien qui va se produire entre tous les personnages, comment ils vont se remettre en question par un échange de regard, de mouvement. C’est une discussion qui se crée, un partage. Il y a de la souffrance et de la joie. J’aime peindre le côté mystique, l’imagerie sombre présente en chacun de nous. C’est comme si je peignais les visions que l’on peut avoir dans ses rêves, les faces inconscientes et enfouies présentes dans nos vies. La base créative de mes peintures s’articule autour du corps humain, avec un intérêt tout particulier pour celui de la femme. Je mets en scène la complexité féminine dans tous ses méandres. Mes créations sont un hymne au genre féminin. Je tends à des tracés compliqués et torturés pour faire travailler l’imaginaire de chacun. Je joue avec les émotions, je peins mon ressenti. Contempler mes tableaux revient à s’introspecter car on se laisse prendre dans les méandres de la peinture qui suscitent des lâchers prise de notre conscience. A chaque nouveau regard, la perception sera différente, nouvelle, inattendue, nous renvoyant à notre propre questionnement».

At the beginning, I let my inspiration go on the canvas, I love drawing lines without thinking, mishaping my subjects, playing with tools and materials. I use the ink drawing as my main tool and I start drawing straight away on the canvas. Then, I put the colors, with a brush, a sponge, and a cloth. My lines are guided by the link between the characters, the way they will call into question with an exchange of look, a movement. A discussion will appear, will be shared. There is pain and joy. I like painting the mystical, the darkness inside each of us. As if I painted, visions, dreams, the unconscious hidden in our lives.

The creative base of most of my paintings is the human body, specially woman's. I highlight the feminine complexity and its meanderings. My work is a tribute to feminity. My drawings are tortured and complicated in order to question people's imaginary.

As I work on my paintings, my ideas become more precise and come to life, composition, perspectives, subjects. The identity of the piece of work is captured and retranscribed. When I reach that stage, I don't come back no more, it's too late to change views. Then I come into a particular system, made of simple codes in order not to be lost in my work. I become perfectionist and demanding. I become obsessed with details, aesthetic, the fineness of the drawing. Never mind the time spent or the way of making, I have to be happy with the result. I'm always fighting with my painting.

I play with my emotions, I paint my feelings. Gazing at my paintings is like self-introspection because we are caught in the meanderings of painting that create a let go of our consciousness. The perception will be different and unexpected with every new look, sending us back to self-questionning. For the moment, there is no title, maybe because I would like the viewers to be free to analyse, I want his sensitivity to guide him to understand my work. But the more I create the more I would like to name my paintings.
